24-hour Cancellation Policy
Personal-best Bodywork requires you to give 24-hour notice for a scheduled session that you cannot keep. A full fee will be charged for any missed sessions or for sessions without a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time so the client following is not penalized.
Insurance
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted at Personal-best Bodywork.
Car accident insurance claims are accepted at Personal-best Bodywork.

Credit Card/HSA Card Policy
Personal-best Bodywork accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and HSA/FSA cards. Although PBBW accepts these cards, we do charge a small percentage of your purchase to take care of the fees. We also accept checks and cash. Thank you for your understanding.
